Nagbabala si Heart Evangelista sa netizens na mag-ingat laban sa umano'y duktor na nagpapakilalang siya ang gumawa ng kaniyang ilong.
Ginawa ng Kapuso star ang babala matapos na may netizen na nag-tweet at sinabing ipapaayos niya ang kaniyang ilong sa duktor na gumawa rin umano ng ilong ni Heart.
Binura na ang naturang post pero nakasaad dito na: "the dr who did heart evangelista's nose is going to do mine. i am so EXCITED."
Ni-retweet ni Heart ang post at nilinaw na hindi niretoke ang kaniyang ilong.
Nagsisinungaling umano ang duktor na magsasabing siya ang "gumawa" sa ilong ng aktres.

Sabi ni Heart sa hiwalay na tweet, "To anyone who claimed the same to you, please message me their names."
"This is horribly wrong. To lie to you about this is just so so wrong. I’d rather a rumor," dagdag pa niya.
Paglilinaw naman ni Heart, hindi siya tutol sa mga sumasailalim sa cosmetic surgery.
"To anyone out there who wishes to get cosmetic surgery — I am for making yourself a better version but DO NOT BELIEVE if they said they did my face etc — for the record, I didn’t," giit niya.
