Naglabas ng pahayag ang GMA Network matapos nitong matanggap ang pormal na reklamo na inihain ng Sparkle artist na si Sandro Muhlach laban sa dalawang GMA independent contractor na sina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz.
“Recognizing the seriousness of the alleged incident, GMA Network had already initiated its own investigation even before receiving the formal complaint,” saad ng Kapuso Network sa pahayag nito.
Dagdag pa ng GMA Network, ginagalang nito ang hiling ni Sandro na confidentiality, kaya hindi ilalabas ng investigating body ang lahat ng detalye ng pormal na imbestigasyon hanggang sa matapos ito.
