Inihayag ni Luis Hontiveros na naramdaman niyang naabuso siya matapos pag-usapan ng publiko ang clip kung saan nakita ang pribadong bahagi ng kaniyang katawan sa isang pelikula.
“It affected me emotionally and mentally, because it wasn’t something that I was expecting to happen. It was completely an accident. So I took the job, I took on the role because I wanted to work with a well-known director. I wanted to further my career with it,” sabi ni Luis sa “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” nitong Miyerkoles.
“But some mishaps happen, and I just charge it to experience,” pagpapatuloy ni Luis, na tinutukoy ang pelikulang "Palitan" noong 2021.
Dahil dito, naging maingat na ang “AraBella” actor pagdating sa pagtanggap ng sexy roles.
“I guess ayoko nang mag-sexy to that level. I will still do sexy but I still wanted to be artistic,” sabi ni Luis.
Pag-amin pa ni Luis, pakiramdam niyang naabuso siya nang pag-usapan ito ng publiko.
“Well yes, with the public, with how they perceive it, with how they talked about it. But I can’t hold it against them. It’s out in the public already and it’s out of my control.”
Sa kabila nito, kilala ni Luis ang kaniyang sarili at naging mas matatag siya matapos ang insidente.
