Inilahad ni Boy Abunda ang ilan sa mga dahilan kung bakit naudlot at posibleng hindi na matuloy ang unang pelikula na pagtatambalan sana Alden Richards at Bea Alonzo na, “A Moment to Remember.”
Sa “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” nitong Martes, sinabi ni Tito Boy na isa sa mga dahilan ang “schedule problems” ni Bea.
Ayon kay Tito Boy, maraming mga proyektong naantala noong 2021 at 2022 kaya nagkapatong-patong umano ang trabaho si Bea.
“Ang sinasabi lamang ni Bea at ng kaniyang management, Shirley Kuan, ay ayaw ni Bea mag-antay ang cast because of her and because of her schedule. So it’s a schedule problem,” saad ni Tito Boy.
“In the spirit of fairness, we deemed it appropriate to advise the producers of ‘Special Memory’, a movie adaptation of A Moment to Remember, that Ms. Bea Alonzo had to respectfully beg off from this movie project due to her full schedule this year. Ms. Bea Alonzo has contractual obligations with GMA Network to fulfill, and that shall remain as our top priority,” ayon naman sa pahayag ng management ni Bea.
“Samantala naman, sa kabila is a postponement because they will recast, which Bea agrees to. Natutuwa si Bea na sana i-recast para hindi mag-antay ang mga artista, at ayaw niyang paasahin at maghintay din ang kaniyang producers,” pagpapatuloy ni Tito Boy.

Dahil sa pagkaudlot ng proyekto, sinabi ng King of Talk na maraming nalungkot na fans na umaasang magkasama sina Bea at Alden sa isang pelikula.
Gayunman, umaasa pa rin daw si Bea na makagawa pa ng maraming pelikula at series sa Kapuso Network.
Inilahad ni Tito Boy ang kaniyang pananaw tungkol sa naturang pelilika.
“This is a personal guess, is that if they recast, si Bea nga ang nagsasabi na kung magre-recast sila, she is happy. This is more work for more people, and sana matuloy ang proyekto,” sabi ni Tito Boy.
