Honored at labis ang pasasalamat ni Juancho Triviño matapos niyang matanggap ang Best Supporting Actor sa 2022 TAG Awards dahil sa kaniyang pagganap bilang si Padre Salvi na kinaiinisan sa Kapuso series na "Maria Clara at Ibarra."
"I have done many roles in my life, but none like this. Playing Padre Salvi was such a leap of faith and trusting God’s plan for me. Di ko alam kung pano sasabihin na maniniwala kayo, pero honored ako na naka tangap na ko finally ng award for this role — after 10 years in the industry," sabi ni Juancho sa kaniyang post sa Instagram.
Para kay Juancho, hindi lamang ito tagumpay para sa kaniya at sa mga bumubuo ng Maria Clara at Ibarra, kundi isa ring tagumpay para sa kulturang Pinoy.
"It’s a reminder that WE can do it, we can be proud of ourselves, our history, our literary works and where we came from; that we can produce top notch content that audiences will not only enjoy, but can also learn from," sabi ni Juancho.
