Inihayag ng Malacañang na kanselado pa rin ang pasok ng mga manggagawa sa gobyerno at mga klase sa mga paaralan sa lahat ng antas sa buong Luzon sa Biyernes, Oct. 25, 2024 dahil pa rin sa pananalasa ng bagyong "Kristine."

Ang anunsyo ay ginawa ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin nitong Huwebes ng gabi, at naka-post sa Facebook account ng Presidential Communications Office.

"Due to the raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in most areas of Luzon in view of the persistent intense rainfall and strong winds brought about by Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine,” to further aid in the rescue, relief, and recovery efforts of the government, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are hereby suspended on 25 October 2024," ayon sa pahayag.

?Dagdag nito, "Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services are hereby directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services."

Nasa pamunuan naman ng mga pribadong kompanya ang pasya kung magsususpinde rin ng pasok para sa kanilang mga manggagawa.

Sa 5 p.m. bulletin ng PAGASA, nakataas ang Signal No. 3 sa Ilocos Sur, La Union, at Pangasinan.

Nakataas naman ang Signal No. 2 sa mga lugar ng:
