May maagang pamasko si Alden Richards sa kaniyang sarili, dahil matutupad na ang isa sa mga matagal na niyang pangarap na magkaroon ng pelikula kung saan siya rin ang producer, aktor at direktor.
“This is my first directorial job. May script na kami, may cast na kami, and excited ako for this. This is happening this November, before Christmas,” sabi ni Alden sa Chika Minute report ni Nelson Canlas sa 24 Oras Weekend nitong Sabado.
Samantala, malaki ang pasasalamat ni Alden sa narating ng pelikula nila ni Julia Montes na ''Five Breakups and a Romance.''
Overwhelmed si Alden nang maabot ng pelikula ang mahigit P60 million in gross sales, patunay na nagbabalik na ang audience sa mga sinehan.
“Sobrang worth it kasi lahat ng pagod namin, all of the producers, GMA, Cornerstone, and Myriad Entertainment, this is the fruit of it. This is the reward of it, and this goes to show talaga na ‘pag you work hand-in-hand with your partners; whatever your project is, or kung ano mang meron kayo na pinagtatrabahuhan, all together will prosper,” sabi ni Alden.
