Inihayag ni Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) spokesperson Celine Pialago ngayong Biyernes na magbibitiw na siya sa kaniyang puwesto.
Ayon kay Pialago, epektibo ang kaniyang pagbibitiw sa katapusan ng Agosto. Nobyembre 2023 nang italaga siya sa naturang posisyon sa LTFRB.
“This decision has not been an easy one, as I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with the agency and appreciate the opportunities for growth and development that have been afforded to me,” sabi ni Pialago sa resignation letter na ipinadala niya kay LTFRB chairperson Teofilo Guadiz III.
“I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to you, my colleagues, and the entire agency for your support and collaboration during my tenure,” dagdag ng papaalis na tagapagsalita ng LTFRB.
Bago maging tagapagsalita ng LTFRB, naging spokesperson ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority si Pialago hanggang 2021. Sinubukan niyang tumakbo bilang kongresista noong 2022 elections. —FRJ, GMA Integrated News
