Hindi papayagan na mag-dine-in sa mga restaurant sa Metro Manila ang mga kostumer na walang maipakikitang vaccination card, ayon sa Restaurant Owners of the Philippines (Resto Ph).
Ang naturang panuntunan ay ipinatupad simula nitong Huwebes, Setyembre 16, 2021, matapos ipatupad ang Alert Level 4 sa NCR kaugnay ng COVID-19 pandemic.
Sa Alert Level 4, papayagan ang indoor dining o dine-in services sa 10% venue/seating capacity. Pero dapat fully vaccinated laban sa COVID-19 ang kostumer.
Ang mga hindi bakunado, puwede sa outdoor o al fresco dining services na maximum of 30% venue/seating capacity.
Ayon kay Resto Ph president Eric Teng, dapat ipakita ng mga kostumer na nais mag-dine-in ang vaccination card na ibinigay ng kanilang lokal na pamahalaan.
“We reminded our members to be vigilant with enforcing the safety protocols. We post signs asking guests to present their vaccine card before being seated indoors,” sabi ni Teng.
“Surprisingly, there are numerous guests wanting to dine indoors without vax cards, who have to be turned away, unless there are outdoor dining spaces available,” patuloy niya.--FRJ, GMA News
