Pumanaw na ang 44-anyos na reggae singer na si Kokoi Baldo matapos maaksidente sa Bacolod City.

Sa Facebook post, ibinahagi ng manager at wife ni Kokoi na si Sam ang malungkot na balita na nangyari nitong Biyernes ng umaga.

"He will be missed, loved and forever in our hearts," saad niya sa post.

Humiling si Sam ng "privacy during this hard time in respect to his family and friends," at nagsabing magbibigay na lang ng update sa Facebook page ni Kokoi.

"Thank you for understanding."

Hindi sinabi ni Sam sa post ang dahilan ng pagpanaw ni Kokoi pero may mga ulat na naaksidente ang mang-aawit sa Bacolod City.

Sa hiwalay na post, nakiusap si Sam sa netizens na "take down the posts pertaining to my husband, Kokoi Baldo's accident scene as it is already causing distress to our entire family."

"If you see any posts of the said accident, please ask the owner of the post to delete," sabi pa ni Sam na nagpasalamat din sa pang-unawa ng followers ng kaniyang asawa.— FRJ, GMA Integrated News
