Inirekomenda ng Office of the City Prosecutor ng Bacoor City na sampahan ng kasong acts of lasciviousness ang aktor na si Archie Alemania mula sa reklamo ng aktres na si Rita Daniela noong October 2024.
May nakita umano ang piskalya ng “prima facie case with reasonable certainty of conviction to indict respondent Arthur V. Alemania Jr. a.k.a Archibald Nicholas Alemania a.k.a Archie Alemania of the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness.”
Una rito, inakusahan ni Daniela na hinalikan siya at hinawakan sa dibdib ni Alemania nang wala siyang pahintulot. May mga sinabi rin umano ang aktor na hindi kanais-nais sa kaniya.
“In this case, complainant was able to show how respondent touched forcibly kissed her and groped her breast and mashed it maliciously while they were inside respondent’s vehicle, which showed lewd signs on his part,” saad sa resolusyon ng piskalya.
Inihayag din sa resolusyon na mahina at hindi sapat ang mga paliwanag at dahilan ni Alemania para hindi ituloy ang pagsasampa ng kaso.
“Furthermore, respondent’s allegation that he was only joking and was only being funny and that he did not do anything to complainant was not supported by evidence. Respondent’s bare denial of the allegations against him is insufficient to overturn the findings against him,” ayon pa sa resolusyon.
“It is well-established that denial is an inherently weak defense,” dagdag nito.
Sa reklamo ni Daniela, sinabi ng aktres na nangyari ang insidente sa isang Thanksgiving party noong Setyembre nang alukin siya ni Alemania na isakay sa van nito para ihatid sa bahay.
Sinusubukan pa ng GMA News Online na makuha ang panig ng kampo ng aktor.
