“Most of my private life is exposed anyway through social media and tabloids and, you know, it’s not like I’m super famous but I’m famous enough that it matters what I do,” sabi ni David.
“Everywhere I go in the world, almost every day, right here in this building where I am, there’s Filipino people that work in the building, on the front desk, every day ‘Charice! Charice! Charice!’ (dating pangalan ni Jake) I get thanked every day. I shouldn’t be thanked. I found a great talent and it was my privilege and honor.”
“The Philippines is almost unique in its, if not unique, you can imagine being on stage and playing your songs to 10,000 people and you stop singing, and the entire 10,000 people are singing every single word in perfect English because the Filipinos love their music. You guys are into another level so what’s not to love about playing for an audience like that?”
– Jamil Santos/RC, GMA News
