Half-Portuguese Yasser Marta kicked off his showbiz career after competing in "Eat Bulaga's" segment titled “Spogify.” This jumpstarted his career as an artist with GMA, allowing him to explore different fields in the entertainment industry. As an actor, he is best known for his role as Anselmo "Jun" Santos in "Bilangin Ang Bituin Sa Langit" opposite Kyline Alcantara. Yasser also had the chance to pair up with Maine Mendoza in subsequent appearances in the sitcom "Daddy's Gurl." He is now set to appear in "What We Could Be" as the second lead for Kapuso love team Miguel Tanfelix and Ysabel Ortega. Though he is enjoying acting as a craft, he still hasn't forgotten his first love, music and singing.
