Bea Luigi Gomez emerged as the winner of Miss Universe Philippines 2021. Representing the country in the prestigious Miss Universe 2021 pageant held in Eilat, Israel, she showcased her beauty and grace, ultimately securing a spot as a Top 5 finalist.
In January 2021, Bea successfully completed the citizens military course training conducted by the Philippine Army Reserve Command in Eastern Visayas. This achievement granted her the opportunity to join the Philippine Navy Reserve Unit, where she held the rank of corporal. Recognizing her dedication and capabilities, she was promoted to the rank of sergeant in October 2021. Adding to her list of accomplishments, Bea was honored as one of the inaugural members of the Friends of Marines, a civilian organization established by the Philippine Marine Corps. This recognition took place in May 2022, solidifying her commitment to serving her country.
Beyond her pageant and military achievements, Bea is also a co-founder of BEyouthfulPH, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children across various regions in the Philippines. One of their notable programs focuses on guiding and inspiring children in conflict with the law, encouraging them to become proactive and law-abiding citizens of the Philippines.
In addition to her diverse interests and talents, Bea also engages in boxing, scuba diving, and mixed martial arts, showcasing her passion for physical fitness and adventure.
