The 3x3 Men's Basketball tournament in the 2024 Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (RSCUAA) Sports Festival kicked off with a bang, setting the court for a thrilling competition.

Northern Iloilo State University (NISU) Blue Marlins dominated in the first game, securing a decisive 21-11 win. Their aggressive offense and strong defense proved too much for the Central Philippines State University (CPSU) Mighty Hornbills to handle.

However, the Mighty Hornbills regrouped quickly, demonstrating their resilience in the second game.

With a final score of 20-07, they claimed a convincing victory.

Anthony Czar Abello played a key role in this turnaround, significantly contributing to the team's success.

The final game was a nail-biter, with both teams fighting, trading baskets and defensive stops in an intense battle for supremacy.

The Mighty Hornbills prevailed ultimately, securing the championship with a thrilling 16-15 win.

Japhet Capaducio, a key player for the Mighty Hornbills, was recognized for his outstanding performance throughout the tournament, earning the sought-after Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.

Capaducio's exceptional skills, leadership, and unwavering dedication were instrumental in securing the championship for CPSU.
