The Naga City Social Welfare and Development Office in Camarines Sur has initiated a crackdown on the use of solvent among children in the city’s center and rescued children from the streets.
The children rescued were placed under the care of the Children's Home in Barangay Pacol where they will undergo counseling to determine the root cause of their using the solvent.
