A turnover of command at Camp General Simeon Ola marked the transition of leadership at Police Regional Office (PRO)-5.

Outgoing Regional Director, PBGEN Westrimundo Obinque, handed over the responsibility to his successor, PBGEN Andre Dizon, during the ceremony. 

During his address to the police force, Dizon expressed his commitment to continuing the campaigns and programs for the police in the Bicol region.

He emphasized his dedication to maintaining peace and order while assuring that he would focus on the welfare of the personnel under his command.

"ltatao ko an buhay digdi, gabos na sakuyang magigibo, sa the best na eksperyensya ko sa iba-ibang unit, hali sa iba- ibang lugar ibubuhos ko po digdi sa Bicol ta habu kong mapahiya digdi sa mga kababayan ta," Dizon says.

Meanwhile, Obinque will transfer to the national headquarters.
