Among the 3,812 successful examinees of the 2023 Bar Examinations is Atty. Rockylle Dominique Balisong, a 26-year-old resident of Baguio City, who secured the 18th spot.

Atty. Balisong, despite having a legal professional as a father, shared that the journey through law school was far from easy. The emotional and academic challenges were considerable, with moments of tears and difficulty. Speaking about the struggle

"Walang chillax sa law school, sobrang dami ng challenges din. Syempre may mga nabagsak din akong exam... actually nakakuha din ako as low as 48 over 100 ganun,” Balisong said.

Acknowledging the hardships of the bar exam, Balisong emphasized the importance of self-confidence and resilience.

"Don't doubt yourself, be confident, manifest, [and] claim it. Laging ganon dapat… dapat positive lagi yung mindset mo para yun lang yung magreretain," Balisong added.
