The seventh most wanted person in Calasiao, Pangasinan was arrested in Barangay Nalsian.
Authorities identified the suspect as a 23-year-old carpenter and a resident of Barangay Nalsian-Bacayao.
Police said he was a notorious thief and had robbed a restaurant in Dagupan City recently before his arrest.
“Itong suspek natin talagang notoryus na magnanakaw. Accordingly sa kasamahan natin, may mga complaint din ito na hindi itinuloy yung mga kaso, [kasi noong] nahuli, naibalik 'yung mga kinuha niya [kaya] hindi na sila interesadong mag-file ng kaso,” PCpt. Anthony Doctolero, deputy chief of Calasiao Police Station, said.
The court set his bail at P48,000.
He remains in police custody for further documentation and legal proceedings.
