At least 11 local government units (LGUs) in the Province of Cebu announced suspension of classes due to inclement weather condition on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
These LGUs are Bantayan, City of Danao, Daanbantayan, Madridejos, Pilar, Poro, Santa Fe, San Remigio, City of Talisay, Tabuelan, and Tuburan.
According to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the Province of Cebu was placed under Orange Rainfall Warning at about 8 a.m. on March 20, 2025 for having experienced cloudy skies with possibilities of localized rainshower.
