The remains of Major Jude Salang-oy, one of the two pilots killed in the Philippine Air Force (PAF) FA-50 fighter jet crash, arrived in Tabuk City and were honored at the Kalinga Provincial Capitol before being brought to his home in Purok 1, Bulanao.

Salang-oy and First Lieutenant April John Dadulla were conducting tactical night operations for ground support when their aircraft crashed in the Mt. Kalatungan Complex, Bukidnon.

Their bodies were recovered on March 5.

Salang-oy was a member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) "Siklab Diwa" Class of 2014 and served in the PAF for over a decade.

Dadulla was part of the PAF Officer Candidate Course "Sinaglawan" Class of 2020.

Officials and family members paid their last respects.
