A husband caught in the act his wife with another man inside a motel in Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City.

The woman was caught in the act with her paramour sleeping together inside the room of the motel at about 5 p.m. on February 20, 2025.

Based on the report of Mambaling Police Station, the husband sought the help of policemen after he saw his wife and another man checking in the motel.

The policemen responded and when the room was opened, the husband found his wife and the man in bed.

The wife and her lover were arrested and taken to the Mambaling Police Station. The authorities read out to them the Miranda doctrine, a set of rights that protect people who are arrested on suspicion of a crime.

Charges for adultery will be filed against the suspects who are in the custodial facility of the Mambaling Police Station, as of posting time.
