A local government employee in Batac City and his companion were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation.
Authorities identified the suspect as a driver working for the local government unit and classified him as a high-value and newly identified drug personality.
During the operation, police seized 16 sachets of suspected shabu valued at P22,000 and drug paraphernalia, including aluminum foil.
The suspects will face charges for allegedly violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
