A man who was set to get married was shot dead in Laoag City after his bachelor’s party shortly after dawn on December 18, 2024.
Andres Dacquioag, 59, was hit in the head and back. He was shot by the suspect who approached him and his fiancee as they were standing outside a convenience store.
He was rushed to the hospital but did not make it there alive.
Two empty shells from a caliber .45 firearm were recovered from the crime scene.
The police have obtained closed circuit television (CCTV) footage from near the crime scene and are now working to identify the suspect and determine the motive behind the killing.
Authorities have not released a statement just yet.
