At least nine people were injured after a jeepney plowed through three other vehicles on Mc Arthur Highway in Davao City.
Authorities said the jeepney crashed into a multicab, a van, and a car.
Police said nine passengers of the jeepney and multicab were injured. They were brought to the hospital for treatment. As of this writing, only one remained there.
The jeepney driver may face charges for reckless imprudence resulting in physical injury and damage to property.
The jeepney driver did not issue a statement.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
