In response to the widespread damage caused by recent typhoons, a team of 27 vehicles and nearly 100 workers from 14 electric cooperatives in Central Luzon have been deployed to Isabela, Cagayan, Quirino, and Camarines Norte.

These areas have been without power for days due to consecutive storms that hit the region.

The electric crews will focus on repairing damaged power lines and restoring electricity, with expectations that power will be fully restored within three to five days.

A total of 121 electric cooperatives nationwide are collaborating to speed up recovery efforts in the affected areas.

"So ngayon binagyo ang Isabela, Cagayan, Quirino, so doon pupunta... 'yung tinatawag nating Central Luzon Electric Cooperative... tutulungan nila ang mga kababayan natin na nasalanta ng bagyo," Rep. Presley De Jesus from PHILRECA said.
