AFTERFLOOD

Also on November 12, heavy flooding submerged several homes in Tuguegarao City as water levels at the Cagayan River continued to rise.

In Centro 10, drone footage from the Cagayan Provincial Information Office (PIO) showed rooftops barely visible in the floods.

As of November 12, the water at the Buntun Bridge reached almost critical levels at 10.7 meters, causing roads and bridges to become impassable.

Authorities have warned of further flooding as the water rises.
