To ensure a safe and orderly Undas, more than 1,000 police officers and over 2,000 force multipliers are stationed in cemeteries across Pangasinan.

Authorities have set up over 160 police assistance desks throughout the province to help visitors as they pay respects to loved ones.

“Makakaasa po kayo na ang inyong kapulisan ay gagawin ang lahat para masiguro na ligtas ang bawat mamamayan dito sa ating lalawigan,” PCpt. Renan Dela Cruz, spokesperson for Pangasinan Police, said.

Officers will also monitor transport hubs.

The police remind residents to plan visits carefully, secure homes before leaving, and avoid bringing prohibited items to cemeteries.

Visitors are also advised to bring essentials for sun and rain protection, food, and water.

Marilou Ramos, who visited her grandfather’s grave in Calasiao, said, "Actually po kanina bago kami pumunta rito, nag-take ako ng vitamins para lumakas po ang resistensiya ko."

The Philippine National Police (PNP) urges everyone to follow their guidelines for a safe and peaceful Undas.
