A 24-year-old woman who reportedly had a drink too many was arrested for marking scratches on a parked car using handcuffs that were part of her Halloween costume.
The woman, a resident of Barangay Guadalupe in Cebu City, joined a Halloween party at a club donning a costume that resembles a policeman’s outfit.
On her way home, she rode a taxicab but upon reaching M. Logarta Avenue in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City morning of October 27, 2024, she told the driver that she had to use the toilet.
The driver pulled over in front of an establishment. However, the woman began to shout toward a parked car where she marked the vehicle with scratches using the handcuffs.
Charges for malicious mischief were filed against the suspect.
