A couple who ordered food online was arrested for bogus proof of payment. 

The couple ordered food from a restaurant in Barangay Labangon, Cebu City but because they used fake proof of payment they were arrested in an entrapment operation by personnel of the Mabolo Police Station 4. 

Police said that the amount of the food ordered within a week reached P280,000.

The amount has remained unpaid because the couple used an edited proof of payment.

The restaurant owner sought the assistance of the police leading to the arrest of the couple.

It was learned that duping food establishments is a modus operandi of the couple, as they were already nabbed before by the Mabolo Police for the same illegal activity. 

The couple knelt before the restaurant owner at the police station and begged for pardon, but the victim is bent on filing a case against them.
