A sudden downpour caused flooding in parts of Barangay Buyagan, La Trinidad, Benguet around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
Vehicles struggled to pass through the roads due to the knee-deep water levels.
The flood lasted over 40 minutes before subsiding.
Authorities from the La Trinidad Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) inspected the areas affected immediately to assess the situation.
