The Philippine National Police (PNP) has identified two suspects in the death of a Grade 11 student from Nueva Ecija who allegedly died from hazing on September 29, 2024.
The victim was identified as Ren Joseph Bayan, 18.
Authorities are now preparing to file formal charges against the suspects.
“On-going po ‘yung operation. Anytime kung ma-locate natin, pwede na po natin silang arestuhin. ‘Yung owner ng bahay kasama din siya sa sasampahan namin ng kaso,” PCOL. Ferdinand Geronimo, Director of the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office, said.
Bayan's family continues to call for justice, hoping the case will lead to accountability for his death.
