A woman referred to as the "Drug Queen of the North" was arrested during a police buy-bust operation near a bus terminal in Baguio City.
The 48-year-old suspect was apprehended by the PNP Drug Enforcement Group Cordillera at a fast-food chain in Barangay Marcoville.
The woman, who had traveled from Manila, was caught allegedly delivering illegal drugs to an undercover police officer posing as a buyer.
Authorities seized suspected shabu worth P68,000 and recovered the boodle money used in the operation.
The suspect, who reportedly had a wide drug operation in Northern Luzon, claimed she was only instructed to deliver the illegal drugs.
The suspect will face charges.
