An attendant at an eatery in Barangay San Roque, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte was killed while two others were wounded when three men robbed the store.
The suspects are brothers. Police said they were wearing bonnets during the robbery.
One of the suspects shot the victims and took money worth more than P30,000. They fled on board a motorcycle.
Authorities said one of the victims died on the spot while the other two injured were brought to the hospital.
The suspects were arrested during a hot pursuit operation in Barangay Cawilan, Tubod, Surigao del Norte.
Seized from the suspects were a colt MK14, magnum 357 revolver, motorcycle, and shirts with bloodstains.
The suspects are facing charges. They did not issue a statement.
