A garbage collector in Davao City died after he fell off the garbage truck when he got snagged by a dangling wire.
The incident happened morning on September 5, 2024.
According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, the garbage collector was sitting on top of the truck.
His fellow garbage collector said they have been collecting garbage in the area daily, but they had just noticed that the wire was already hanging.
Prior to the incident, another truck reportedly snagged the cable, causing it to dangle.
Police are investigating the incident.
