Police have arrested four men allegedly responsible for the recent shooting incidents in Zamboanga City.
The suspects were arrested by virtue of warrants.
Authorities are looking into whether the suspects are involved in the shootout that killed two persons and injured two others in Barangay Rio Hondo on Sunday, September 1, 2024.
The Zamboanga City Police Station 5 is also investigating the shooting incident in Barangay Lunzuran on August 30, 2024.
The suspects arrested were presented to the media on Monday, September 2.
Mayor John Dalipe said his administration will continue to support the police in its anti-criminality campaigns.
The reward system for law enforcers with meritorious accomplishments will also continue.
