A food stall attendant was shot dead when he reportedly resisted a robbery in Cagayan de Oro City.
Police said the suspect who was on board a motorcycle tried to rob a food stall that sells fried chicken in Barangay Agusan. When the attendant resisted, the suspect shot him in the head.
The suspect then fled and carted away an undetermined amount of money.
A hot pursuit led to the suspect’s arrest in Barangay Canitoan.
The suspect is now detained and is facing robbery with homicide charges.
