Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation-Pagadian District Office (NBI-PAGDO) arrested an alleged pimp and rescued two girls who were allegedly offered for sexual services.

The suspect identified as alias “Botyok” was arrested in an entrapment operation at a hotel in Pagadian City.

The operation stemmed from a report that the suspect has been pimping minors to customers in exchange for money ranging from P1,500 to P2,000.

The minors rescued were brought to the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWD) for intervention.

The suspect is facing charges for alleged violation of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act.
