A 38-year-old farmer in Sariaya, Quezon was killed after being stabbed repeatedly during a dispute with two men he was drinking with.
The incident took place in Sitio Mazapan, Barangay Lutucan 1.
Based on police reports, the victim and the two suspects were seen drinking together on the night of the incident.
The situation escalated into a heated argument, which ultimately led to a violent altercation. The suspects used a bolo allegedly to stab the victim multiple times.
After the attack, the suspects fled the scene, taking the weapon with them.
The crime was reported to the police by a barangay resident the following morning.
The investigation continues as of this writing, as the suspects remain at large.
