Anti-illegal drug operatives seized sachets of suspected shabu, cocaine, and kush or high-grade marijuana worth more than P3 million in a sting operation at an inn in Cagayan de Oro.

Two suspects identified as alias “Jun,” resident of Lanao del Sur, and alias “Hadji,” a resident of Cavite, were arrested during the buy-bust operation.

Police said that based on records, alias “Jun” was detained at the Muntinlupa Jail for illegal drugs in 2013 and was released in 2022.

Authorities added that the items seized were supposed to be delivered to Valencia City, Bukidnon.

The suspects are now detained and will face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
