All other national roads and bridges in Cagayan Valley are passable as of 12 noon, according to DPWH Region 2. 

As of July 24, 2024, at 8:25 a.m., only one lane of the Nueva Vizcaya-Pangasinan Road in Barangay Imugan, Sta. Fe is passable due to a landslide.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Nueva Vizcaya 2nd District Engineering Office is clearing the area actively, as of this writing. 

For Bagabag-Diadi, light to moderate traffic is observed along Daang Maharlika, from Barangay Villaros, Bagabag to Barangay San Luis, Diadi.

As of 11:00 a.m., only one lane of the Jct. Gattaran-Cumao-Capissayan Sta. Margarita Bolos Road in Alba, Baggao, Cagayan is passable after the slope protection collapsed and the road base caved in. 

Signages were installed for safety. 

Disaster and Incident Management Teams are on round-the-clock duty, with maintenance personnel and Quick Response Assets on standby.
