The Dagupan City Philippine National Police have arrested a man wanted for three counts of incestuous rape.
The man, identified as "Moy," is a resident of Barangay Bolosan.
The warrant of arrest was based on a complaint filed by a family member accusing him of sexual assault.
The court did not recommend bail for his case.
