Authorities confiscated blocks of dried marijuana leaves valued at P3.6 million while responding to a motorcycle accident in Tabuk City, Kalinga.
Tabuk City Philippine National Police (PNP) responded, initially, to a collision of a motorcycle and a car in Sitio Nasgueban, Barangay Appas.
However, upon the car driver's call for help, the motorcycle rider fled the scene reportedly.
The rider left behind both the motorcycle and its cargo.
Authorities are searching for the fleeing rider, as of this writing.
