At least 27 individuals sustained injuries in a road mishap involving three vehicles in Barangay Paoay, Atok, Benguet.
According to the police, the driver of an AUV heading to La Trinidad lost control of the vehicle when it experienced mechanical failure.
The AUV then collided with an oncoming SUV, and subsequently crashed into a van.
The impact caused the AUV to flip over.
Among those injured are the drivers of the van and AUV, along with 25 passengers of the AUV.
Investigation into the accident is ongoing, as of this writing.
