After two years of hiding, the second most wanted person in Central Luzon was arrested in Barangay Poblacion II, Piat, Cagayan.
Angelo Samaniego, 21, is now in custody at Cabanatuan City Police Station. He faces charges of three counts of rape.
Samaniego was a resident of Barangay Bantug Norte, Cabanatuan City.
A joint police force executed a warrant for his arrest.
