Pozorrubio, Pangasinan burst into vibrant celebration as the annual Patupat Festival brought residents and visitors together for a day of fun and culture.

The festival featured the highly anticipated street dancing competition, where drums and lyres echoed through the streets and performers dazzled the crowd with energetic routines.

“Masaya po, kasi na-perform naming po ng maganda,” Leira Mae Aquino, one of the enthusiastic performers, said.

Patupat, a traditional Filipino sticky rice delicacy wrapped in banana leaves, takes center stage during the festival.

Each contingent showcased costumes and props inspired by the patupat.

Spectators of all ages gathered to enjoy the event.

“Ito talaga yung inaabangan naming lahat kaya punong-puno po ang mga tao dito,” April Leal, a festival-goer, said.
