Despite living with cerebral palsy and facing financial struggles, 18-year-old Charles Salazar from Calasiao, Pangasinan inspires his community with his achievements and unshakable determination.

Charles recently graduated from senior high school under the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand, proving that his condition is no obstacle to success.

Beyond academics, Charles showcases his talent by playing the organ despite the involuntary movements caused by his condition.

She describes Charles as a loving son and a good friend, admired for his kindness and resilience.

Amid their challenges, the Salazar family cherishes every blessing.

“Minsan, wala kaming pera, talagang wala kaming pera.

This Christmas, their simple wish for a new wheelchair was granted by philanthropist Dr. Ashok Vasandani, who delivered the gift personally.

“We are all human, we are all belong to the Almighty God.

The Salazar family expressed their gratitude.

Maraming maraming salamat sa inyo,” Rowena said.
