Sarrat National High School is making a mark in the international stage.
The school’s robotics team won nine medals at the World Robot Games 2024 held in Singapore held from November 6 to 9, 2024.
The school's robotics team brought home one gold, five silver, and three bronze medals, marking a proud moment for Ilocos Norte.
Grade 10 student Jade Lhester Malejana earned the gold medal, continuing his winning streak in robotics competitions.
Malejana first competed in 2021 and was part of a team that won a gold medal at the national level.
"Nagpapasalamat po ako ng lubos sa ating Panginoon at sa mga tao na sumusuporta at naniniwala sa akin. Ang tagumpay na ito ay bunga ng pagsisikap at dedikasyon hindi lang sa sarili pati na 'rin sa mga taong naging inspirasyon ko," Malejana said.
The winning team also included David Kyle Rocero, Tamara Balino, Carl Melvic Hilario, Liezel Gantala, Nadine Ann Faelmoca, and Anne Gelyne Ruiz.
