Carolina Bamboo Garden, a bamboo haven located in Sitio Tanza 2 in Antipolo, Rizal, will be holding its 25th Training and Seminar on Saturday, October 19, where participants are bound for a one-day immersive experience on everything bamboo.

The Antipolo City-based plantation is an active bamboo advocate that promotes the significance of the world’s fastest-growing plant, especially as a go-to resource and not just a viable alternative.

Annually for almost 24 straight years, Carolina Bamboo Garden has been hosting informative lectures and training sessions that aim to impart knowledge about bamboo harvesting, propagation, and its marketing.

On October 19, participants will be able to learn both the fundamentals and the intricacies of bamboo growing– from its management and propagation, to its processing and utilization.

The seminar regularly features an elaborate tour of the five-hectare garden– situated on the hilly parts of Sitio Tanza 2– that boasts a thick bamboo farm holding around 50 different species.

Its recently erected Bamboo Museum, launched in October last year, as well as its bamboo treatment center and production area, are also must-visit sites at the garden.

The 25th Bamboo Training/Seminar: Learn and Earn from Bamboo Experts on Saturday is priced at P2,400 per participant and will happen from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Carolina Bamboo Garden in Sitio Tanza 2, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City.
