The “House of Sin” is now open to the public.

The house of the late Jaime Cardinal Sin in the Municipality of New Washington, Province of Aklan is now open to visitors, especially museum enthusiasts.

Jaime Cardinal Sin is deemed as one of the most prominent and most influential leaders of the Roman Catholic Church in the country.

The house is also referred to as “Museo Kardinal” that is divided into different sections, one of which is the “Memories of Sin” which features memorabilia and mementos of his family and of his childhood.

There is also a section in the house-turned-museum referred to as “My Taste of Sin." This is the dining area that features the cardinal’s favorite food items or dishes.

That part of the house where he breathed his last is labelled “Mortal Sin.”

As for memorabilia that speak of his achievement, these are kept in the “Legacies of Sin” section.
